		<description>In the Recent Case of In re Cedar Funding, Inc.
2010 WL 1346402, April 5, 2010, the bankruptcy court held that the 90 day preference period does not start to run until a deed of trust is actually recorded.  A creditor who received a deed of trust on real property as security for his debt was held to have received a preference in bankruptcy because the deed was recorded within the preference period.</description>
